Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand the customer base.Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and collaboration with marketing and management teams.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives.Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of sales processes and successful onboarding of new clients.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new growth opportunities.Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.You will be required to travel abroad and domestic regions for attending events for promotion and presenting pitch. Qualification:Proven track record in sales leadership, preferably within the software or technology sector.Extensive experience in your targeted countries and regions, with a deep understanding of local markets and business cultures.Strong networking and relationship-building skills.Excellent communication and presentation abilities with self-motivated passion.Ability to think strategically and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools, experience with Sales Navigator, HubSpot and Apollo.Eligible for a Work Permit and possess the citizenship of the country you are based.
