This school is actively seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis starting ASAP. Key Details: Position: Behaviour Mentor Setting: Primary - Mainstream Location: Dagenham, Essex Contract: Temp-to-perm Salary: £95 - £110 per day Start Date: ASAP Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8:30am - 3:30pm) Benefits: Excellent CPD opportunities, career progression, on-site parking Responsibilities: Support children with mild to moderate SEN, including Autism (ASD), ADHD, Global Developmental Delay, and social interaction challenges. Work 1:1 and with small groups to ensure progress in learning and personal development. Maintain a calm, supportive, and interactive approach to motivate students throughout the day. Encourage small achievements, promoting confidence and motivation in every child. Candidate Requirements: Strong knowledge of SEN and previous experience in a similar role. A calm, patient, and resilient demeanour. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
