For the successful Trainee Machine Setter our client is offering Starting salary of £22,000 per annum, progressing to £28,164.36 once fully trained During training, you will be required to work Monday to Friday DaysOnce trained: 12-hour shifts, 2 weeks of days, 1 week of nights, 6:30 am-6:30 pm / 6:30 pm-6:30 am, 36 hours a week Permanent contract Uniform and PPE providedFull training provided and opportunities to progress within a growing business Sundays are non-working The role – Trainee Machine Setter: A training matrix will be provided allowing you to gain full training on how to set and run manufacturing machinery Learn how to assist with the general and routine maintenance of the folding machines and equipment on-site Maintain a high level of housekeeping to GMP standards Maintain good attendance and punctuality to learn the desired skills before transitioning into the role Report on HSE requirements Understanding and correctly interpreting Virtual Work Ticket What our client is looking for in a Trainee Machine Setter: Previous experience working with machinery within a manufacturing environment - BENEFICIAL Must be mechanically minded and have demonstrated an aptitude towards engineering or manufacturing - ESSENTIALGCSEs including English and Maths - ESSENTIAL Must possess a great work ethic and communication skills Happy to assist with manual packing duties when needed Key skills or similar Job titles: Trainee, Trainee Machinist, Trainee Machine Setter, Trainee Machine Operative, Machine Operative, Graduate, Junior Engineer, Junior Machinist, Junior Machine SetterCommutable From: Greenford, London, Hayes, Greenford, Southall, Ealing, Horsenden, Northholt For further information about this and other positions please apply now.
