The Role​We are currently looking for Packers to join our Packing team in Bridge of Allan. As a packer you will be involved in the packing of products for our leading customers on a fast paced production line.​​Duties & Responsibilities​To ensure that all product is packed to meet customer/company specifications, whilst also maximizing yield and minimizing waste. ​To ensure all tasks performed are as per training given and safe working procedures​To work to agreed training plan, bringing any skill shortfalls/difficulties to the attention of the Packing Supervisor.​Ensure understanding of expected standards and targets before commencing any task.​To carry out all assigned tasks in accordance with company policies and procedures, particularly with regard to H&S and Food Safety.​Any other duties as required​ Knowledge & Experience​Candidates will be ideally suited to a fast paced food manufacturing environment and able to work as part of a team. ​Excellent attention to detail​Able to use own initiative​Excellent communication skills​Self-motivated​Knowledge of hygiene and food safety​Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but full training will be given for inexperienced people keen to learn the trade.​
