Customer Engagement: Actively engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Listen to their needs and provide personalised recommendations to help them find the perfect sleep solutions. Build lasting relationships by implementing a customer-centric approach. 2. Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of our product range, including mattresses, beds, bedding, and sleep accessories. Effectively communicate the benefits of each product to customers, making their shopping experience informative and insightful. 3. Team Support: Collaborate with fellow Sleep Ambassadors and team members to create a positive and cohesive work environment. Share knowledge, best practices, and provide mutual support to achieve shared goals. 4. Operational Excellence: Maintain an organized and aesthetically pleasing store display that stands out from the competition. Ensure that products are clean, well-arranged, and properly priced. Assist in monitoring and maintaining inventory levels, ensuring that popular products are adequately stocked. 5. Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets by actively engaging with customers, providing product demonstrations, and guiding them through the purchasing process. Create a friendly, non-pushy sales environment that emphasizes a genuine commitment to customer well-being. 6. Honesty and Integrity: Uphold honesty and integrity as fundamental values in all customer interactions and business practices. Provide transparent information to customers, fostering trust and loyalty. Qualifications: Previous retail or sales experience is a plus, but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for promoting well-being through quality sleep. Strong product knowledge and the ability to learn and adapt to new information. Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment. Basic computer and point-of-sale system proficiency.
