Environmental Services Lead Operative - CemeteriesSalary - £27,803 - £31,364 (Grade 5)Hours - 37Contract type - full time, permanentTo undertake a full range of skilled and unskilled tasks required for the effective and efficient maintenance of the City Cemeteries, to include burial work, cleansing activities and horticultural operations consistent with an NVQ Level 2/3 in Amenity Horticulture.To provide knowledge and leadership to lower graded staff and within work teams, ensuring that the staff are undertaking the work to the required standards, in a safe and efficient manner.Willingness to undertake appropriate training as necessary Customer care and the use of vehicles e.g. Ride on mowers, dumpers, mini diggers.Current full driving licence or LGV licence where applicable.Willingness to work towards NVQ Level 2 in Amenity Horticulture or equivalent, or equivalent relevant experience.For
