Your Personal Responsibilities:1. Maintain professional communication with both clients and colleagues.2. Identify clients' desires, requirements, preferences, and budgetary constraints.3. Conduct thorough research, coordinate, and arrange all travel details, including hotel accommodations, resorts, car rentals, airport transfers, airfare, cruises, tours, activities, as well as concert, sporting, and event tickets.4. Generate quotes, create itineraries, and prepare invoices for clients.5. Stay well-informed about changes in the travel industry and any applicable travel restrictions.
