The ideal candidate will be able to support and facilitate the effective delivery of the designated scheme while upholding the highest standards and client relationships. Also , they would be able to detail specific skills relating to 4P. Responsibilities: Provide support to Line Manager / Design ManagerTo be the first point of contact for visitors to the site or office and telephone calls (as required)Support other members of the team to achieve successful project deliveryDaily compilation, input, and maintenance of Viewpoint (CDE), R Drive, Smart Waste, and Work WalletInvoice checksOrdering of materials and stationaryDeal with photocopy and internet issues Requirements: Good organisational skillsAccuracy of administration and compliance with company standardsAbility to work under pressureUnderstand various portal systemsMeet deadlinesPrevious experience as a Document Controller or equivalant This vacancy is being advertised on behalf of Approach Personnel Ltd that is operating as an employment business.
