Fantastic opportunity for an HR Generalist to join our progressive team. CIPD qualificationsare desirable but not essential as support can be provided for further training andqualifications. The ideal candidate will be an HR Generalist who enjoys working as part of asmall tight knit team, who possesses a positive attitude and can do flexible approach to work.Key Responsibilities To provide expert support, guidance and advice to Employees and Managers on allaspects of employment related matters Be the guardian of employment data and information held on the team Improve on current practices and utilise the HR database Champion HR and foster a happy & healthy work environment Audit documents and reports for ISO 9001 quality complianceHR Generalist Manage the paperwork flow during the employment cycle Maintain employee data to ensure the information is complete and accurate Work alongside the Payroll Manager to ensure people are paid correctly and on time Support local staff in other jurisdictions with HR administration related activities Support the HR team with ad hoc projects Review and update HR policies
