We are looking for educators with prior experience as Support Workers with either children or adults to join their expanding SEND team. Inclusion Support Workers play a crucial role not only in supporting the teacher but also in providing assistance to one or several specific students within the classroom. This position offers valuable hands-on experience and serves as an excellent stepping stone towards becoming an SEN teacher.Roles are responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Ensure all learners feel safe and valuedProvide opportunities for outstanding achievement, both academic and in their personal development.Support pupils to better understand their feelings and increase their resilience and self esteemLiaise with a range of professionals to provide exceptional care and educationA positive approach to behaviour management and be highly motivated in caring for vulnerable students.
