Teaching Personnel are looking for passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join our partnership SEMH/PRU provisions across the Tameside/South Manchester area.The schools cater for children and young people who have been excluded from mainstream settings due to challenging behaviour/ Special educational needs and need a specialist provision to achieve their learning goals.In this role as a Teaching Assistant, you will: Support the class teacher in creative and engaging lessons.Act as a good role model for students and encourage expected behaviour.Promote independence of pupils and encourage them to reach their full potential.Support in the assessment of pupils learning and development.
