SEN Teaching AssistantFull TimeOutstanding Secondary SchoolWe are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to support students' growth and development at a thriving secondary school As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to promote effective teaching and learning. Your tasks will include:Supporting individuals or groups of students in their learning journeys.Taking charge during short-term absences of the class teacher, delivering pre-prepared activities.Assisting in classroom management and organization.Creating and maintaining a supportive and purposeful learning environment.Safeguarding the welfare of children and young people within the school.Requirements:Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities.Passionate about ensuring the success and growth of every student.Committed to maintaining a safe and nurturing environment. Rate dependant on qualifications and experience All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
