This school is graded as 'Good' and had outstanding feedback for management and leadership. The ideal candidate will: QTS or QTLS Highly motivated and enthusiastic Have high expectations of students and what they can achieve Have strong subject knowledge Be a committed team player Have a desire to work with, inspire and support children from all needs and backgrounds Have excellent behaviour management skills Understand the expectations against the Teachers Standards Main Responsibilities: Lead the Humanities curriculum planning; setting and monitoring of aims and objectives Supporting and managing teaching assistants within the classroom Building relationships with staff and pupils Collecting evidence of pupils work to support their assessments Feedback to the relevant member of staff about the pupils progress Potentially lead in a subject area Deliver subject enrichment activities for learners to consolidate and promote learning in the subject Affinity Workforce Solutions and Monarch Education are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all its temporary workers to share this commitment.
