Due to continued client growth, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced PA / Administrator to join the team.Reporting to the Head of Operations and Divisional Director the duties will be varied and include:-
Provide administrative support to solicitors and legal staff
Manage and organize documents, files, and correspondence
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate staff member
Schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences
Assist with billing and invoicing processes
Maintain office supplies and equipment
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff, clients, and visitors
Assist with client intake and data entry into case management systems
Collaborate with other team members to ensure effective communication and workflow
Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a professional services business
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
Discretion and respect for confidentiality
