Job Title: GCSE SEN Tutor Location: East of England, Essex, HarlowJob Type: Temporary, expected to work Full-Time hoursPrimary Industry: Education and TrainingSalary: £20 - £30 Per hourJob Duties: Provide tailored support and guidance to students with special educational needs (SEN) studying for their GCSE examsCreate individualised learning plans based on students' abilities and requirementsDeliver engaging lessons to help students improve their academic performance and achieve their full potentialAssess students' progress regularly and adjust teaching strategies accordinglyCollaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student development Required Qualifications: Recognised teaching qualificationExperience working with students with SENKnowledge of GCSE curriculum and assessment requirementsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or related fieldExperience: Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably with SEN studentsKnowledge and Skills: Understanding of different learning styles and strategies to support SEN studentsAbility to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needsStrong organisational skills and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications: Experience in implementing personalised learning plans All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
