Our aim is to reach millions of subscribers in the next 5 years and be the go-to training platform for any runner. Now is a magical time to join, we're still small, and everyone makes a foundational difference.The roleWe’re launching an exciting graduate program that will offer candidates the opportunity to rotate across three of our core business development teams — Ambassadors, Partnerships and Events enabling successful candidates to gain diverse, hands-on experience across Runna’s go to market functions! We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about running, super switched on & eager to learn, and ready to dive into the world of a fast-growing startup!Throughout the graduate scheme (approx 1 year), you’ll rotate between our business development teams where your role will require you to:Ambassadors Team Identify potential ambassadors and build relationships with them: Work with our amazing affiliates who share their running journeys with Runna. You’ll help us to find new potential faces to represent Runna and help our current ambassadors them get the most out of our app, keep them informed about upcoming races and events, and ensure they have all the tools to succeed. Support ambassador managers: Assist with ambassador events, race trips, and the management of high-value, long-term partners. Optimise the ambassador program: Continuously improve the experience for our ambassadors by creating inspiring content, campaigns, and sharing new ways to showcase our app. Partnerships Team Support existing partnerships: Collaborate with our Partnerships team to help nurture existing relationships with race providers, brands, and registration platforms. Develop new partnership opportunities: Get involved in identifying, pitching, and managing partnerships with new brands and race providers in the UK and beyond. Contribute to team-wide projects: From assisting at events to collaborating with the Ambassadors and Marketing teams, you’ll gain a broad perspective on how partnerships help drive the company’s growth. Events Team Event Planning and Coordination: Support on the logistics, planning, and coordination of Runna events, including securing venues, managing registrations, coordinating vendors, and handling transportation and inventory. Marketing and Community Engagement: Collaborate on event marketing, manage ticketing, source branded materials, and gather community feedback to improve future events. Over the course of the graduate programme you will rotate into the above areas (exact duration of each rotation TBD based on business needs and your specific skill set) - after you have rotated across each area, you will have the opportunity to join one of the teams in a permanent associate role.Interview processOur aim is to keep the interview process as straightforward and enjoyable as possible, and will consist of the following stages: Kick off! (Please apply now via Workable) Interview Round 1: Introductory chat with Caitlin/Katie/Saz/Holly - our team leads (30-minute video call) Take Home Task (~60 minutes) Interview Round 2: Interview with Holly & Josh (45-minutes, presenting task) Final Round: Office visit (in-person chat with founder(s) and rest of the team) Once the process is finished, we promise to let you know our decision as soon as possible. Our teams have degrees in many different disciplines.
