Do you enjoy advising and supporting managers?A leading, national business are looking for a Regional HR Advisors to partner and support 12 branches across the South/South West region. This is a rewarding position where you will be the first port of call for staff within the business, providing a generalist HR support and advisory service. You will be responsible for supporting the Head of HR covering regions from Newquay to Exeter to Bristol to Southampton to Bracknell to Crawley. Please note the successful candiddate will need to be located circa 30 miles of Bath.Benefits Company Car + competitive salary up to £45kHybrid role – home based, visiting branches 4 days per weekJoin an award-winning companySocials and days at the races24 days holiday + BH and option to buy up to further 5 daysGym discountGood PensionExcellent career progression opportunitiesLife assurance, employee wellbeing support and dedicated teamEarly finish FridaysDiscretionary bonus What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the role: Support managers through a variety of employee relations issuesAdvising, coaching, and guiding Managers through the full employee lifecycleEnsure managers are aware of policies and processes, signposting relevant informationOrganising all aspects of the family-friendly processes for staff including maternity, paternity, adoption, parental and unpaid leave, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.Responding efficiently to ad-hoc HR related queries on a day-to-day basis Required Skills and Qualifications: Experience of working in Human Resources in a HR Advisor or Employee Relations Advisor role Experience handling a variety of Employee Relations issues, preferably with a blue-collar workforce.CIPD qualified (advantageous) ideally with knowledge of UK Employment lawStrong communication skills and the ability to engage with individuals at all levelsMaintain confidentiality and act with discretion My client is offering an annual salary of up to £45,000 depending on experience.
