A great opportunity has arisen in our Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) function. It is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract where you will be able to showcase your skills and abilities in driving risk management activities, which may include work on risk metrics, assurance testing, concentration risk assessments.You’ll also be embedding of policies, standards, methodology, while monitoring day-to-day oversight and compliance.The difference you’ll make:Supporting the delivery of requisite training and awareness session to service managers on Outsourcing and TPRM Policy, procedures, and requirementsWorking closely with subject matter experts such as Information Security, Procurement and other risk areas ensure comprehensive training and monitoring of outsourcing and third-party risksMonitoring the governance and reporting of aggregate exposure to concentration risks of third parties and sub-contractorsConducting and reporting on the outcomes of regular diligence and qualitative assurance activity and control assurance testing cross the entire Third-Party life cycleProviding guidance to stakeholders on ongoing oversight of third-party governance and risk mitigation controlsBuilding relationships with key internal and group stakeholders, to oversee external parties on operational processes and resolution of issuesWhat you’ll bring: These are the essential requirements you need to be successful in this role:Experience in managing Outsourcing and TPRM programmesGood understanding of the UK and EU regulatory requirements for Outsourcing and TPRMIt would also be nice for you to have:Background in third party or supplier risk in financial servicesExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, together with the ability to effectively manage complex stakeholder relationshipsExcellent reporting and presentation skillsExcellent skills in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Access) and other collaboration toolsWhat else you need to know:This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract based at our offices in Triton Square, London located within easy walking distance from Warren Street and Euston.We want our people to thrive at work and home, and also be able to deliver the best outcomes for our customers and to help each other develop.
