WAREHOUSE OPERATIVESROTATING SHIFT - MONDAY - FRIDAY: / - £13.32 PER HOUR NIGHT SHIFT - SUNDAY - THURSDAY: - £15.33 PER HOUR OVERTIME £17.67 PER HOURPeople Solutions are looking for Warehouse Operatives for our Client based in Widnes.This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join a company that can offer long term work.Benefits Excellent rates of payOpportunities to become permanentGreat working environmentCareer progressionCanteen with kitchen and vending machinesOnsite Management team for ongoing support.Worker Smart Phone App. with regular competitions and surveys.Ongoing Training Day to Day DutiesYour responsibilities as a Warehouse Operative will include but are not limited to: Moving and transporting stock into the correct areas of the warehouseReceiving and unpacking incoming goods and taking inventories as requiredOrganising stock for deliveries and wrapping and securingStacking and stowing pallets awayPicking and packing goods for customer despatchAdhering to Health & Safety at all times and promoting a safe working environmentChecking the quantity and visual quality of incoming and outgoing goodsOrganising stock for deliveries and reporting any stock difference to ManagementPromoting a safe work environment and reporting any safety concerns or issues to ManagementClearing work area of any debris and keeping the traffic routes clear of obstructionsReporting faulty equipment, damage to racks, and other safety hazards to supervisorOther duties as assigned Essential Skills Punctuality and good time-keeping skillsStrong teamwork skillsFlexibility and ability to work overtime as and when requiredAbility to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environmentAbility to pay close attention to detail and adhere to deadlinesMust pass a basic English & Numeracy Test and be able to prove your Right to Work in the UKMust have at least six months experience working as a Warehouse Operative for this role TrainingFull training provided.ApplyApply today by clicking below.
