Need To KnowA new opportunity for an Independent prescribing pharmacist to work with Guys and St Thomas Trust to help patients with their cancer treatment. A novel approach to holistic care using your independent prescribing qualification, based out of Boots Uxbridge Offsite Hospital store. The role would include talking to patients under going cancer treatment, and helping them with advice and support- which may lead to prescribing of POM medication via a formulary.
