Job Title: Sec SEN Tutor Location: South East England, Surrey, GuildfordJob Type: Temporary, Part-Time hoursSalary: £20 - £30 Per hourJob Duties: Provide one-on-one tutoring to secondary school students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)Develop tailored educational plans to meet the individual needs of each studentImplement various teaching strategies to support students in achieving their learning goalsMonitor and assess student progress regularlyCommunicate with parents, teachers, and other professionals involved in the student's education Required Qualifications: Experience working with students with SENUnderstanding of SEN policies and procedures Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant fieldExperience: At least 2 years of experience in teaching or tutoring students with SENKnowledge and Skills: Excellent understanding of different learning styles and abilitiesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needsPatience and empathy when working with students with SEN Working Conditions: Work primarily during school hoursMay require travel to different schools or educational settingsOpportunity to work closely with students, teachers, and parents All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
