About the day to day… You'll be helping to lead a team of project managers, supporting consultants to help them manage the projects they’re running effectively, and getting stuck into a diverse range of tasks and responsibilities, including; Managing end-to-end Salesforce implementations, with responsibility for up to 10 projects at any points in timeEnsuring that the customers are kept up to date with the project progress and any blockers throughout the process, reporting any major project issues to the Delivery DirectorManaging vendors, liaising with the technical team, reporting to senior managers and working with end users to ensure a smooth transitionParticipating in sessions with Salesforce customers and other team members, to help drive the scoping workshops in order for consultants to understand customers business and end solution requirementsBeing point of contact for customer enquiries during an implementation, and helping to resolve any tasks, questions or concernsWorking with the Delivery Director and project team, to further enhance the project processesHelp with the daily running of the delivery portfolio, supporting the project team where necessary and being a point of support for Salesforce consultants The role will also be designed to help you grow and develop through your career journey. In addition to those core values, as a Senior Project Manager you should have; Proven experience working on the Salesforce platformProven experience managing projects end-to-end, as a project manager or senior project managerGood software development lifecycle experience, and a thorough understanding of Agile development principlesIdeally possess the System Administrator Certification, or any Salesforce certifications is an advanatageIdeally worked within a consulting environment previouslyExperience implementing solutions across multiple cloudsWorked with clients across multiple industries and on multiple projectsClient facing experience, as well as excellent communication skillsStrong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities to meet goals and deadlinesWe’ve been dubbed ‘the rebels of accountancy’.
