JOB DESCRIPTION: SEN Tutor Job Duties: Provide tailored educational support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)Develop and implement individual learning plans based on students' needsDeliver engaging and effective lessons to support academic progressAssess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly Required Qualifications: Experience working with students with SENKnowledge of SEN teaching strategies and resources Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar role Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of SEN legislation and best practisesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needsStrong organisational and time management skills Preferred Qualifications: Additional training in SEN educationExperience working in a diverse classroom environment Working Conditions: Part-Time hours, flexible scheduleWork primarily in a classroom settingPotential interaction with students, parents, and school staff All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
