The team The Leaving care team is part of the Corporate Parenting Service who support care leavers from 18 to 21 or 25 should they wish to remain open to the service. The aim of the service is to help Care leavers to develop their independence and make a successful transition into adulthood. Our team has a culture of being supportive, inclusive and of self-assessment to improve practice and outcomes to our customers.
