Job Title: Secondary Maths Tutor Location: South East England, Berkshire, WokinghamJob Type: Temporary, expected to work Part-Time hoursSalary: £20 - £30 Per hourJob Duties: Plan and deliver engaging maths lessons to secondary school studentsProvide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessionsAssess student learning needs and develop individualised learning plansMonitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordinglyCommunicate effectively with students, parents, and school staffUtilise different teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles Required Qualifications: Experience teaching mathematics at the secondary school levelStrong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum for MathsExperience working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) Education: Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or related fieldExperience: Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a secondary school settingKnowledge and Skills: Excellent understanding of secondary level mathematics conceptsAbility to engage and motivate studentsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsOrganisational and time-management skills Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate qualification in Education or MathsExperience using technology in the classroom Working Conditions: This role involves working part-time hours in a secondary school setting in Wokingham, Berkshire. The tutor may need to travel between different schools or work with students in alternative educational settings.All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
