We are currently seeking experienced Production Operatives and Machine Operators to join our partner, Swizzels Matlow.As a member of our fast-paced production team, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, including heavy lifting, loading and unloading boxes, and handling raw materials.**Key Responsibilities:**-Operating machines and production lines- Manual handling of materials- Palletising and packing- Operating a pump truck- Loading and unloading- Working in a food production environment, specifically with sweets, lollies, and chews- Keeping up with a fast-paced production line**Requirements:**- Previous experience as a production operative or machine operator is essential**Shift Patterns:**We currently have the following shift patterns available: - Rotational shifts: Morning shifts from 05:30-13:30 Monday to Friday (with early finish on Fridays) OR 06:00-14:00. Afternoon shifts from 13:30-21:30 Monday to Friday (with early finish on Fridays) OR 14:00-22:00. - Night shifts: Sunday to Thursday from 22:00-06:00.We are looking for candidates who are highly motivated, reliable, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
