Banana Moon Hatton is looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated and inspiring Outdoor Co-ordinator. The role would entail working in our fantastic, dedicated on-site outdoor space with a wooded area. The right person will be reliable, love working with children and have a passion for outdoor learning in all weathers! The role will require the planning and completing of our ‘Muddy Moon’ sessions with our children aged 2 years and older, inspired by our great outdoors, the nature around us and risky play. Working alongside the team, to ensure there is a balance of adult led activities and engaging with and scaffolding child led learning. The working hours can be flexible between the hours of 9am – 3pm, 5 days a week, 51 weeks of the year. Requirements Previous childcare experience and love for the outdoors is essential. Relevant training is desired however this will be offered to the successful candidate. Must have a clean DBS and be able to provide references that will cover the last 5 years.
