Job Description Job ID: 70277 Job Description: Freelance Interior Designer (Mid-Senior Level) Outside IR35 Location: Central LondonDuration: Until December 20th minimum with potential extension to April/MayCommitment: Full-time, 5 days per week, 5 days in office Project Overview:I am seeking a talented and experienced freelance Interior Designer to join a team for an exciting project based in Paris. This role will involve working on a hotel renovation focused on four public spaces, including bars and restaurants. The position is ideal for a creative designer with strong skills in both 3D and 2D design, as well as experience in hospitality environments. Key Responsibilities: Design Execution: Serve as a main point of contact for the Paris hotel project, reporting directly to the Lead Designer and project leads. Concept and Design Development: Contribute to the design and development of concepts for one of the public spaces, while assisting with updates and refinements for the three spaces already in concept stage. Technical Drawings and 3D Modeling: Create detailed AutoCAD drawings and SketchUp models, ensuring high-quality, production-ready materials. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the Lead Designer and communicate project progress effectively, coordinating with external resources as needed for CGIs and drawing packs. Project Flexibility: Adapt to evolving project needs, including the potential for client input and changes to concept designs. Requirements: Experience: Proven experience in hospitality design, particularly within bars and restaurants. Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp is essential. Language Skills: French-speaking is a strong advantage but not essential Project Management: Ability to work independently on design production, managing timelines and deliverables.
