A fantastic new job opportunity has arisen for a Finance Assistant to join an established organisation based in Andover. Reporting to the Finance Controller, this varied role will include the following responsibilities;Inputting and raising invoicesPerforming account reconciliationsSetting up supplier paymentsBank reconciliationsAssisting with month end duties such as prepayments, accruals and journalsAllocating paymentsProcessing expensesChasing customers for paymentsThe desired candidate will have proven experience working in a similar role and have excellent communication skills. A good level of IT skills is desired along with the ability to work to deadlines and manage a varied workload.
