Role OverviewAs an Employment Law Solicitor, you will handle a diverse range of employment matters, providing high-quality legal advice to clients, including businesses and individuals. Your expertise will play a vital role in guiding clients through complex employment disputes and compliance issues. Key Responsibilities: Advise clients on employment law matters, including contracts, disputes, and regulatory compliance. Represent clients in tribunals and negotiations. Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Collaborate with colleagues to deliver comprehensive legal solutions. Key Requirements: Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE in employment law. Strong understanding of employment legislation and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive approach to client engagement and business development. Ambitious with a desire for professional development.
