Client: A premier M&E contractor in the UK with a £200 million annual turnover seeks an experienced Electrical Construction Manager for a flagship Commercial new build project valued at up to £30 million.Role: Electrical Construction Manager - London - £60,000 - £70,000 plus package Responsibilities:Review designs, address scope gaps/clashesDevelop short-term programmingEnsure Health & Safety compliance (RAMS)Manage technical submissions and RFI processesCoordinate with sub-contractorsOversee commissioning stagesLiaise with client team, main contractor, and sub-contractorsConduct progress meetings with stakeholdersIdeal Candidate:Tools background with strong technical knowledgeExperience in commercial sector, specifically plant rooms and risersMinimum 5 years’ management experienceManaged projects of at least £2M within your disciplineSubcontracted to major contractors like Sir Robert McAlpine, ISG, Mace, Wates, etc.Offer:Competitive daily rateStable business with excellent staff retentionOpportunity for career progression into project managementJoin a company with a healthy pipeline of workTo apply, submit your resume to harry.forsyth@deployrecruit.com
