Our UK based client is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Software Engineer. The ideal candidate will have led development teams across multiple programming languages and development environments and have a track record of successfully delivering complex products with intelligent user interfaces. You will play a hands-on role in designing and architecting software systems, writing and debugging code and testing and deploying software. You can be based in any country with a maximum 1 hour time difference to the UK and you must be fluent in English. This is a full-time, remote position so you must be able to work both independently and as part of a remote team with good time management skills. This role requires exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and a proven track record in development activities.Your Responsibilities: Design, architect and develop front and backend components of web applications in a well-designed and thoughtful manner Write and maintain HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code in a clean and elegant way Operate at a High Velocity and be able to lead junior developers in the same way Work with both front end and back end developers to integrate web applications and interfaces with back end systems Test and debug web applications Stay up-to-date with the latest web development technologies About you: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field 4+ years of experience developing web based applications (ideally both Front & Back end) Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Experience with web development frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue Experience with object oriented programming languages Experience with web development tools such as Git, GitHub, and Docker Experience with software development methodologies, such as agile. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills Excellent communication and teamwork skills Reliable internet connection and an appropriate work environment is required.
