Company's primary objective is to create a family of luxurious and high-end hospitality assets all over the world, delivering unprecedented user experience for our guests.About the role:We are seeking a Fit-Out Project Manager with architectural background and strong Joinery experience on Residential and Commercial & Hospitality projects to play a pivotal role in delivery of a high-end residential property, overseeing on-site architectural supervision, construction management, and project coordination. This position is based in London, as the role involves ensuring the design team operates efficiently by monitoring resources, scope, and deliverables while aligning project schedules with construction milestones. The ideal candidate will maintain full control over project planning, budgeting, and technical aspects, ensuring the implementation of practical and durable designs on-site. Additionally, they will act as the primary point of contact for external collaborators, managing the exchange of design information and overseeing the construction phase in London.Responsibilities: On-site Supervision: Oversee architectural supervision and construction at the London site, ensuring compliance with design standards and project specifications. Serve as the main point of contact for contractors and construction managers on-site. Scope & Deliverables Management: Monitor Fit-Out contractor scope and report on progress. Project Planning & Resource Allocation: Plan project phases and resource allocation (preferably using Jira and MS Project), ensuring alignment with the overall project master programme. Change Management: Manage review and approval of change requests related to shell, core, and fit-out phases, ensuring timely implementation of design changes on-site. Collaboration with Consultants: Work closely with external consultants throughout all project stages to ensure practical, cost-effective, and durable designs are achieved. Define the scope of work for manufacturers, consultants and external designers, create a responsibility matrix, and ensure all design aspects are coordinated with existing architectural design.. Client & Stakeholder Communication: Take ownership of communication with the Client, managing requests, expectations, and providing regular updates. Engage with key stakeholders on design deliverables and project milestones. Document Control & Review: Review and evaluate design documentation, ensuring it meets UTOPIA standards before release to external consultants. Maintain proper organization of all design information exchanged with external collaborators. Requirements Fluency in English—both written and verbal is essential Located in London, as the role requires on-site architectural supervision and construction management Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Project Management Studies, or a related discipline Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience as a Fit-Out Project Manager, Project Coordinator or Site architect, preferably in the luxury hospitality sector Experience and knowledge of: All aspects of Hospitality Design & Construction, including space planning, FF&E, materials On-site supervision and construction management, with a focus on ensuring design integrity throughout the building process Typical building regulations as related to interior construction RIBA Design phases and processes, including current consultants' practices, typical scope, and abilities Design Team Structures, including combinations of Concept and Executive Designers Familiarity with project management principles and the ability to create comprehensive project documentation Experience in AutoCAD and Revit (Navisworks) to peer review design information Experience managing interior fit-out projects from concept to completion, with a focus on technical and on-site supervision Ability to work well independently, proactively, and efficiently Strong attention to detail Process-driven & highly organized Takes initiative & holds themselves and others accountable Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work effectively in a fast-paced environment—experience managing remote teams is advantageous The drive and ambition to work within a highly contemporary, dynamic, and creative real estate business. Experience serving as the primary point of contact for external collaborators, managing the exchange of design information and overseeing the construction phase to ensure smooth project execution and coordination. Nice to Have:Proficiency in additional languages, such as Spanish or Russian.Additional Details: This is a full-time day job with an expected workload of up to 40 hours per week.
