Office CoordinatorVanta Staffing Reading is recruiting a Office Coordinator to work for our client based in the Reading area. This will involve general Office Coordinating work; this role would suit the right candidate who wants consistent work with a prestigious company.Experience: Must have previous expereince working with in Windows and GlassExperience using either Window Designer or similar order processing system preferred but not essential.Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Skills: Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft office.Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively and adapt to changing demands. Main Duities: Provide administrative support to the windows and trade sales team, including scheduling, order processing and diaryDemonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skillsSpeaking and dealing with customer requirements face to face in our showroom.
