Job DescriptionAs a Food & Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for managing operations of all Food and Beverage outlets to deliver an excellent guest experience. A Food and Beverage Manager will also be required to manage, train, and develop team members and work within All Accor budgeted guidelines. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:Manage all Food and Beverage operations in our fast-paced restaurant and barsOperate functions from 10-300 guests, supervising room set ups, customer service, and upselling opportunities.Ensure compliance of brand standards in service and F&B qualityRecruit, manage, and train the F&B team (approx. 20 including 4 supervisors).Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient mannerPlay a leading role in Duty Manager shifts and training new DMsWork within budgeted guidelines in relation to Food, Liquor Costs and PayrollSet departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and proceduresDevelop menus with other members of Food and Beverage teamWe are soon to be launching a new Bar and Restaurant theme so expect to hit the ground running and make an instant impact.
