Site Manager. Kings Cross, London Temporary SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid £250 - £260 per day. 8am - 5pm. Mon - Fri. Saturdays could be available. 6 months September 23rd. One of our key clients are on the look out for a Site Manager with fit-out experience. Our client are a well known for delivering fit-out & refurbishment projects. You will be reporting into a Senior Project Manager to work alongside and deliver a high standard project. Site Manager Essential Requirements: • SMSTS • CSCS Manager Card • 1st Aid at Work • Experience of Site Managing High Quality Cat B Office Fit-outs, including: o Reviewing and approving RAMS o Conducting Site Inductions o Weekly Sub-Contractor Meetings o Incident and Accident Reporting • Managing Health & Safety on site • Quality Control • Proficient IT Skills • Local to site (1 hour maximum commute) Beneficial: - Experience Managing BREEAM projects - Experience using Procore Project Management software - Experience using 1Breadcrumb H&S Integration Software - Fire Marshall - 5 years experience in commercial and fit out projects. - Organised and motivated. - Great interpersonal skills. - In charge of Health & Safety. - Control of the project. - Scheduling and procurement of materials on site.
