As an Sales Development Representative, you'll be responsible for building our network of kitchen operators. The role is based in London and you will have the opportunity to visit prospective kitchen partners around the country. Along the way, you will meet and work with some incredible restauranteurs and entrepreneurs, helping them boost their revenues and profits. This is not your typical SDR role! You will receive direct help with lead generation and very quickly you will have a chance to negotiate deals and close contracts.Although we've raised significant investments and we're a profitable business, we're still a young and small team. This is not your average tech sales role. You will be part of a nimble sales team with lots of flexibility, reporting directly to one of the Founders! We have an incredible sense of urgency to deliver on our mission and are growing fast.What you will be doing Generate business opportunities by emailing, calling, visiting restaurants in and out of London Carry out meetings with leading restaurants virtually, at their sites and at Growth Kitchen sites Explain our concept to restaurants, leading conversations all the way to closing deals Help us build a scalable sales organisation Build a career in sales Requirements Recently (2022-2024) graduated from a top-tier university Work experience through placement, internship, or a full/part-time job Desire to get involved in young startups, deal with curve balls, learn and build a career in sales Passion for the food sector and technology A clear communicator with the client at the front of their mind Benefits Competitive salary Significant stock options ✌️ Pension Scheme 25 days of holiday + Bank Holidays
