Behaviour Learning Support AssistantsPosition: Behaviour Learning Support Assistants Location: Croydon Sector: SEMH School (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) Working Hours: Monday to Friday, either 8:00am to 3:30pm or 8:30am to 4pm Age Group: Young people aged 5 to 18 years oldStart Date – ASAP Pay: £95 to £110 per dayJob Description:Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Behaviour Learning Support Assistants to join an Outstanding school in Croydon. As a Behaviour Learning Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in helping young people aged 5 to 18 achieve their full potential, both academically and personally.Key Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with SEMH needsAssist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)Foster a positive and inclusive learning environmentSupport students in managing their behaviour and emotionsCollaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for studentsParticipate in school activities and events Requirements: Previous experience working with young people, ideally within an SEMH settingStrong interpersonal and communication skillsPatience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting young peopleAbility to work effectively as part of a teamFlexibility and adaptability to meet the varying needs of studentsRelevant qualifications in education or support work are desirable but not essential What We Offer: Competitive daily pay rates of £95 to £110Guaranteed permanent role based on performanceA supportive and collaborative working environmentOpportunities for professional development and career progressionThe chance to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young people How to Apply:If you are enthusiastic about this opportunity and believe you have the skills and experience to make a difference, we would love to hear from you!
