We are a vibrant Mainstream Secondary School located in the heart of Southwark, and we're currently looking for a skilled individual to join our administrative team immediately. Position: School AdministratorLocation: Southwark, LondonContract: Immediate Start, Full-Time or Part-Time, Until End of Academic Year Key Responsibilities: Efficiently manage general administrative tasks within the school office. Utilize school systems such as SIMS, Bromcom, Microsoft, etc., ensuring accurate and up-to-date record-keeping. Handle student and staff data with confidentiality and sensitivity. Provide excellent customer service to students, parents, and visitors. Assist in the coordination of school events and activities. Collaborate with teaching and support staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Requirements: Previous experience in school-based administration is essential. Proficiency in school systems such as SIMS, Bromcom, Microsoft, etc. A valid DBS certificate on the update service. Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced school environment. Salary: £13 to £15 per hour, dependent on experience.
