Job DescriptionJob title: HNW Trading UnderwriterSalary: £55,000Location: Hybrid - 2-3 days per week, with the remaining days being remote.PURPOSE OF ROLE A big name in the HNW/PC space is seeking a Trading Underwriter to join their well-established, specialist underwriting team. This role offers development opportunities and exposure to specialist products across the HNW space.RESPONSIBILITIES Underwriting Art and Private Client productsWorking towards set targets including profitability, GWP, conversion, productivity, referral rate reduction, and turnaround timesDeveloping sales skills and appreciation of sales and underwriting strategyNegotiating with internal and external parties, including key broker partnersChallenging non-standard underwriting decisions and identifying process improvements EXPERIENCE Logical and analytical thinkerUnderwriting experience within HNW/Private ClientsNatural flair for building relationships with brokersCollaborative team playerAmbitious and driven If you have the relevant experience or know someone that does please contact me now on 07458 162845 or email us at admin@lawesgroup.co.uk
