Functional AssessorSalary and BonusesStarting Salary: £38,500 - £41,500*Retention Bonus: 5%Additional Bonus: Up to 10% for quality and retentionEstimated Total Earnings (OTE): £45,650Benefits25 days of annual leave (increasing to 27 days after 5 years), with options for additional leave.Reimbursement for registration fees and support for revalidation.Paid day off for volunteering.Comprehensive benefits package, including pension plan, life insurance, cycle-to-work scheme, and parental leave.Discounts on retail, social activities, health, travel, and technology products.Referral rewards for bringing new talent to the company.Access to the Headspace app for you and up to 5 family members or friends.Employee Network Groups for diverse engagement and development.What We SeekMinimum one year of post-registration experience as a nurse, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, or paramedic.Full registration with a UK regulatory body (NMC, HCPC, etc.) with no restrictions and a valid PIN.Strong observational and communication skills, with the ability to listen, empathize, and delve deeper.Ability to work efficiently, meet deadlines, and generate accurate reports.Proficient with IT, Microsoft Office, and remote system access.Valid driving license or reliable transportation to reach the nearest assessment centre.Working HoursFull-time role: 37.5 hours per week (7.5 hours per day).Flexible hours can be arranged with your line manager after initial training, considering both personal preferences and business needs.Work hours are between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Friday, with an unpaid one-hour lunch break.Sample schedules include: 8am – 4:30pm or 9am – 5:30pm.We will provide at least 4 weeks’ notice for any changes to your schedule.
