Job DescriptionJob title: Wholesale Account HandlerSalary: £40,000 per annum - £65,000 per annum DOELocation: Manchester Purpose of role: We are currently working with one of the largest brokers within the UK who are recruiting for a Wholesale Account Manager to join their team in Manchester. The ideal candidate will have experience handling the following lines of business: Commercial Combined, Combined Liability, Professional Indemnity, Contractors - All Risks You will be managing a panel of Producing Brokers with main responsibility of building relationships and be the main contact for day to day queries. Key responsibilities: Ensure efficient and timely management of an existing portfolio of policies for producing brokersWork closely with the Placement Team to secure terms for new inquiries and renewals that need to be rebrokeredHandle up to 30 renewals monthlyMaintain regular communication with UK BrokersDiscover opportunities for business growth and new inquiriesVerify the accuracy of documentation and establish client recordsApply knowledge of insurance principles and risk management to identify exposures and propose solutionsAddress any queries related to coverage or accountingExperience: Strong oral and written presentation skillKeen attention to detailEffective communication and independent work while managing prioritiesUnderstanding of regulatory controls and proficiency with customised IT programsTeam collaboration, resource utilisation, and adherence to standardsBackground in Commercial Combined/Combined Liability broking or underwritingPrior experience in London Market placements or wholesale broking is highly beneficial If you have the relevant experience or know someone that does please contact us now on 0203 411 8430 or email us at admin@lawesgroup.co.uk
