Job DescriptionMid/Senior Interior Designer - West LondonA leading property developer in West London seeks a talented and motivated Mid/Senior Interior Designer to join their growing team. This exciting role offers the chance to collaborate with the Lead Designer in developing and executing exceptional interior design concepts for exclusive residential projects in sought-after locations.Responsibilities:Collaborate with the Lead Designer on all aspects of the design process, from initial concepts to construction and implementation.Conduct thorough research on current design trends, materials, and finishes to ensure projects stay at the forefront of contemporary style.Develop detailed space plans that maximize functionality and create luxurious living experiences.Produce high-quality drawings, 3D renders, and presentations using industry-standard software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.).Assist in the selection of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) that complement the overall design vision.Maintain strong communication and collaboration with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.Manage assigned projects within budget and time constraints.Prepare design documentation for client presentations and approval.Conduct regular site visits to oversee project progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.Qualifications & Skills:A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within a reputable design firm or property development company is required.The candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality interior design projects on time and within budget.A strong understanding of current design trends and principles is essential.Excellent space planning and problem-solving skills are a must.Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant design software is required.The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality are crucial.The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.A passion for creating beautiful and functional living spaces is key.Benefits:A competitive salary and benefits package is offered.The opportunity to work on prestigious residential projects in West London is provided.The role offers the chance to work in a dynamic and creative environment.The position allows the candidate to gain experience working with a talented and experienced design team.They will contribute to the success of a leading property development company.To Apply:For more info on this role or to chat about other options call me on 020 3800 1724 or the office on 0117 929 6060.
