Performing outstanding technical work for clientsEffectively managing client expectationsEffectively managing multidisciplinary and international project teamsContinued activity within their field of expertise as demonstrated through continued publication and presentation at technical conferencesNear-term career development and growth will include responsibility for developing client relationships, as well as participate in generating project opportunities and revenue through active marketing and attendance at local and international conferences. D./Dr.-Ing/Sc.D. in Mechanical, Chemical, Aerospace/Aeronautical Engineering, or sciences such as Chemistry or Physics Experimental research background focused in fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, heat transfer, combustion, or another related fieldExperience in development of experimental design, construction of experimental apparatus, instrumentation, data acquisition and data analysisStrong written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiencesHighly self-motivated as demonstrated through presentation at technical conferences, publication in peer reviewed journals, professional certifications and engineering licensure, and extra-curricular activitiesIntellectual curiosity with a passion to explore a vast array of problems and applications both within and outside of their area of specializationStrong deductive reasoning skillsDemonstrated leadership skills and proven ability to work in a multidisciplinary, collaborative environmentPrevious industry experience, including co-op, work study or internship, preferredChartered Engineer or Incorporated Engineer highly valued, but not requiredDual language fluency valued, but not required Applicants are encouraged to submit a CV (Curriculum Vitae) with publications (feel free to include publications that are in review or pending) [not restricted to 1 page].
