Requirements: Registered Nurse qualification (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with an active NMC pin. Right to Work within the UK Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a multidisciplinary team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders. Sound knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and standards governing the provision of care services. Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality, person-centered care.
