Pharmacierge is the UK’s premier private pharmacy, combining time-saving e-prescribing apps with convenient medication home delivery. Based and rooted in the Harley Street Medical area, Pharmacierge already caters to a national network of over 4,500 GP and consultant uses, spanning all medical specialties. You’ll be working in 5,500sq. Ft of newly renovated dispensary space, assisted by a 10m dispensing robot. This cutting-edge technology ensures that our clinician users have access to the broadest medication formulary in the private pharmacy pathway. You will be working alongside an exceptional team of Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, Dispensers and Pharmacy Support Workers. The primary aim of the Patient Liaison Team is to deliver quality communication to patients, treating them with the care and patience we would expect to provide to our own family members.We are seeking a confident, enthusiastic, and proactive individual to join our growing team.Responsibilities to include, (though not be limited to) : Triaging patient phone calls and emails, escalating to the Pharmacist where needed Managing the payment and delivery of patient medication Escalating problems/complaints to the appropriate team(s) Responding to non-clinical queries Requirements Experience of working in a pharmacy/healthcare environment A high standard of written and spoken English Excellent attention to detail Excellent time management and prioritisation skills High levels of organisation Experience of working in a busy team Benefits GPhC accredited training courses when applicable. 20 days paid holiday, increasing by 1 day each year (excluding Bank Holidays).
