Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes respect and understanding of different religious beliefs and cultures. Assess students' academic progress regularly and provide constructive feedback on their work. Develop and implement differentiated teaching strategies to accommodate various learning styles and abilities. Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive curriculum that meets the requirements of the national curriculum. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, achievements, and behavior. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding students' progress and any concerns that may arise. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Proven experience teaching Religious Education at the primary or secondary level. Excellent knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment requirements. Strong understanding of religious beliefs and practices across various faiths. Ability to create engaging and interactive lessons that cater to diverse student needs. Effective classroom management skills. Clear and concise communication skills, both verbal and written.
