Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and engagement. Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to enhance students' learning experience. Assess and evaluate students' progress regularly to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback. Communicate with parents and guardians regarding students' academic performance and behavior. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share educational resources. Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification. Proven experience teaching English to primary or secondary school students. In-depth knowledge of the English language and literature curriculum. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. A passion for education and a commitment to student success.
