Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to cater to different learning styles and abilities. Assess and evaluate student progress, providing feedback and guidance for improvement. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active participation and student engagement. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement Science curriculum materials and initiatives. Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Science education and incorporate relevant resources and teaching strategies into lessons. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Science Education or a related field. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification. Proven experience teaching Science at the primary/secondary level. Strong subject knowledge in Science and the ability to teach a wide range of topics. Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive learning environment. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with colleagues, parents, and students. A passion for education and a genuine desire to motivate and inspire young learners.
