Assess student progress, provide feedback, and maintain accurate records of student performance. Stay updated with the latest advancements in the field of Computer Science education and incorporate relevant technologies and tools into teaching. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and any concerns. Requirements Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent certification in Computer Science or related field. Proven experience teaching Computer Science in a primary or secondary education setting. Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scratch. Effective classroom management skills and the ability to create a safe and inclusive learning environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, colleagues, and parents. A passion for educating and fostering the intellectual and personal development of young learners. Commitment to continuous professional development and keeping up to date with current trends and best practices in Computer Science education.
